Do you wanta Fanta? This super orange spessartine garnet could quench your thirst. This piña cut oval weighs 5.23ct and measures 10.7x8.8mm. It's untreated, Nigerian origin (Tanzanian material wasn't yet discovered!), not quite eye clean, but nothing jumps out, and it's nicely cut. It is a bright, eye-catching orange with a slight yellowish secondary and good saturation. This was one of the first 'big boy' mandarin garnets I ever got myself back in 2000/2001; note the date on the report from PGS... I got it not TOO long after that at the Franklin, NC show, so this has been in my possession over half my life.
