23.73ct yellow sapphire cabochon

We as Americans have been conditioned to demand perfection even though many of us (myself included) don't like paying for it; I think we should adopt a different attitude and embrace IMPERFECTION, like this yummy sapphire cabochon. It weighs 23.73ct and measures 17.9x15.2mm. It's likely Ceylon, might be unheated (but will say heat to be safe), and nicely polished. It is obviously quite included with a pleasant but uneven, lighter toned yellow body color with slight orangy secondary. There is a shimmer across the stone like there was a star that tried to form but never made the finish line.
